L'ingenieur avant-ventes joue un rôle critique dans le processus de ventes, en alliant des competences en vente fonctionnelles et consultatives afin de faire corroborer les exigences des client aux solutions d'Amadeus. Le (la) candidat(e) fournira un appui fonctionnel et technique, allant des préventes aux ventes, et apportera de nouvelles solutions Amadeus pour nos clients.
The Pre-Sales Consultant fulfills a critical role in the sales process, combining functional and consultative selling skills in order to match customer requirements to Amadeus solutions. He or she will provide functional and technical pre-sales support to the sales team and drive new Amadeus solutions for our customers.
You will have to - Provide direct support to account management and IT sales teams during all phases of the sale process. - Participate directly in the sales process by making in-depth presentations to the customer, and live demonstrations of the solutions - Assess with customers their functional and business requirements, build solutions based on Amadeus assets and identify potential modifications to existing Amadeus Solutions or necessary 3rd party integration. - Contribute to RFI and RFP responses for the implementation of our solutions in collaboration with the other Amadeus teams as well as eventually third party providers. - Liaise with product management and / or implementation services to define the solution and produce accurate sizing for proposed customer-specific customization work. - Contribute to the final sales proposals - Produce & update technological white papers and pre-sales product information
Profil recherché :
Avec un diplome universitaire en IT ou Marketing, vous justifiez d'un minimum de 5 ans d'experience dans des fonctions similaires.
With a university degree in IT/Engineering or Business Administration with an IT component, you have a minimum of 5 years experience in similar functions; IT Consultative selling, IT Consulting, Pre-Sales Consulting. You also have a strong IT and process audit experience. Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
You have a rigorous approach to complex problems, strong analytical and presentation skills with a high level of autonomy and the willlingness to travel abroad. Fluent English is mandatory, any additional language a plus.
